We want you to enjoy your stay at Riverside Haven, but here are some important things to know before you arrive…

– Mobile Coverage:
Telstra – We have a complimentary Telstra 4G signal booster which provides excellent 4G service on the Telstra network.
Other Carriers – There is no mobile coverage, Wi-Fi is available for a small surcharge if required.
We offer guest Wi-Fi for a small daily charge. Please bear in mind this is a satellite connection and not to be used for streaming TV and movies. It is available so you can go on social media, check emails, browse the internet etc.
Trailers are OK however please proceed with care.
– 2WD vehicles:
Access is OK by 2WD vehicles but 4WD is preferred, there is a stretch of road which is not sealed from both Kempsey and Armidale. If you are unsure please contact us for more information
– Food & Drink:
We offer you full kitchen and BBQ facilities for your enjoyment however please be aware that the nearest major supermarket is located in Kempsey, approx 1 hour 25 minutes away. We suggest you consider this prior to arrival and bring what you think you need.
– Check-in and Check-out times:
Check-in is from 2:00pm
Check-out is by 11:00am
– Fishing season:
Open season is from 1 September – 30 April
– Fires and wood heaters:
You are permitted the use of our firepits between the months of April until the end of October. Firewood is provided at no charge.
We do not offer refunds in the event of bad weather, we do however accept changes to booking dates up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled check in time.
This is a beautiful part of Australia with a clean environment, please use the waste bins provided.
We ask you to kindly leave Riverside Haven tidy including washing any dirty dishes and emptying the bins.
Please consider other guests and neighbours when visiting Riverside Haven.
It is your responsibility to ensure your own safety including children. Waterways and livestock can be unpredictable and adults must accompany children at all times. We do not accept any responsibility for injury or other events during your stay.
– Lost & damaged property:
We do not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged property. If you leave something behind contact us and we will arrange to return it to you.
Upfront payment offers the best possible rates
We do not offer refunds. We can change dates (on request) up to 48 hours prior to your arrival.
As we have farm animals on our property we have a no pets policy.

Most important of all have fun and bring your cossies, body boards, fishing gear, telescope, camera or whatever else you want to make the most of your stay! We have plenty of equipment if you need to hire.
